Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that are within the aims and scope of the Ekansh Journal of Nursing ,Public Health and Medical Science (EJNPH).

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their suitability for the journal, originality, completeness, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and adherence to the journal's submission requirements.

Manuscripts that meet the initial requirements are normally sent for external double-anonymous peer review by at least two independent reviewers with appropriate subject expertise. Final editorial decisions are based on the scientific quality, originality, methodological soundness, ethical standards, relevance, and contribution of the manuscript.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce or publish any copyrighted or third-party material included in their submission, including photographs, figures, documents, datasets, and other materials where permission is required.

All individuals listed as authors must meet the journal's authorship requirements, have made an appropriate contribution to the work, have approved the final version of the manuscript, and have agreed to its submission to EJNPH.

Where applicable, research involving human participants, animals, identifiable personal information, or other ethically regulated activities must have received approval from an appropriate ethics committee or institutional review body in accordance with applicable ethical and legal requirements. Relevant ethics approval and informed-consent information must be provided in the manuscript where applicable.

Manuscripts may be rejected without external peer review (desk rejection) if they fall outside the journal's scope, fail to meet essential submission requirements, present substantial methodological or ethical concerns, or do not meet the journal's minimum editorial standards.

Before submission, authors should ensure that the study design, research objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions are clearly presented and appropriately supported. The title should accurately and concisely reflect the manuscript, and the abstract should provide a clear and self-contained summary of the work.

Authors should ensure that their manuscript complies with the EJNPH Author Guidelines and Submission Checklist before submission. Submission of a manuscript confirms that the authors have complied with the journal's applicable policies and requirements.

Submission Preparation Checklist

  • All submissions to the Ekansh Journal of Nursing, Public Health and Medical Science (EJNPH) must meet the following requirements:

    • This submission complies with the EJNPH Author Guidelines and Submission Requirements.
    • This manuscript has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration for publication in another journal.
    • All listed authors have approved the manuscript and have agreed to its submission to EJNPH.
    • The manuscript is original, and all sources of information, data, figures, tables, and other published material have been appropriately acknowledged and referenced.
    • All references have been checked for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with the journal's reference requirements.
    • All tables and figures are appropriately numbered, titled, cited in the text, and supplied in accordance with the journal's formatting requirements.
    • Permission has been obtained, where required, to reproduce or publish copyrighted photographs, figures, datasets, documents, or other third-party material included in the submission.
    • Where applicable, the manuscript includes appropriate information regarding ethics committee or institutional review approval and informed consent.
    • Any applicable conflicts of interest and sources of funding or financial support have been disclosed.
    • The submitted manuscript and accompanying files comply with the journal's publication ethics, research integrity, and editorial policies.
